First Big Snow!

Well, I'm not near as good as I used to be about posting to the blog on a weekly basis. Time just goes by so quickly these days and we're so busy living life that I haven't made the time to sit down and post things.
School has started up again for the semester and it's going well but busy. My online class is 8 weeks so it's going to be very busy for me but it will be nice to get it over with and only have one class for the rest of the semester so I can enjoy Ramsay when the weather starts getting nicer out.
Since we had our first big snow (and that stuck), Larry and I took Ramsay sledding for the first time at Orchard Downs. Ramsay had a great time although he didn't like the ski mask over his face. It was so cold out that I was afraid his cute little face would get to cold so I covered him up with a ski mask. It was fun and something we'll definitely do again if we get more snow. Ramsay looked so darn cute all bundled up in his snow gear. :)

Ramsay currently has 12 teeth and he's working on 2 more so that's been a little challenging the past few days. Hopefully they will poke through soon and he and I can get better rest once they do. He's a busy lil guy, walking all over the house and only sitting down to "read" his books. He LOVES Dr. Seuss and there is a Dr. Seuss movie coming out in March so I think I'm going to have to take him to see his very first movie! That should be fun.

Christmas 2011

I can't believe that Christmas has come and gone this year. I used to be so good about updating the blog every week but it seems the older Ramsay gets the busier I get and don't have time to sit down and write anything. Maybe it's because he's just so much fun and we play hard when we're home together and when he goes to bed, I usually crash myself. He's so much fun though and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Christmas wasn't what I thought it was going to be this year. Ramsay really could have cared less about his presents. He just wanted to be up walking around all the time and doing his own thing. We celebrated Christmas with the Arnold/Bailey side of the family on Friday before Christmas at Ramsay and I's house. Christmas Eve Ramsay and I went with my mom to my grandma's in Mattoon. That was a lot of fun! I had an aunt home from Texas so grandma had a house full of people and we had a ball laughing at my crazy cousins. Christmas day we stayed home and Larry joined us for the day. It was great just spending the entire day at home with Ramsay and having him enjoy all his new toys. Larry made prime rib for us to eat and it was wonderful. We're lucky that he's such a good cook!

Santa was good to Ramsay and brought him a wagon for Christmas. Of course we had to take it for a spin and test it out so we took a little walk Christmas evening before it got dark out. Ramsay did great and sat still the entire time. He loves being outside!
